Show your school spirit and join cheerleading! The start of practice for the 2025 Basketball Cheerleading Team will be here before you know it. Grades 7-12: Mark your calendars! Practices start 11/11-11/15 - Bootcamp week School-year practices: Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:45-6pm Cheerleaders will be evaluated during the first week of practice and then placed on Varsity or JV squads. Squads will cheer for 12-15 basketball games each. Practice will be held at the high school. Middle schoolers can take the transfer bus after the school day. Times are subject to change. Games days vary by squad; there are games on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and some Saturdays. Some team-building activities and fundraising opportunities will also be scheduled. Registration is open through 11/1 but spots are limited so be sure to sign up today!

Archery Registration opens on Monday, September 23rd. Tiger Cubs Archery is for students in 2nd and 3rd grade who would like to learn more about the sport of Archery and learn new skills. This is a beginner class that will teach fundamentals while having fun along the way. Equipment will be provided. Students will also receive a t-shirt as part of the registration fee. Here is a link to the Tiger Cubs Team App page for more information. Tiger Cubs Princeton Tournament will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2024. All other tournaments are held on weekends with the last Tiger Clubs tournament being Sunday, March 1. There will be an additional $39 fee for tournaments. More information on this will be available closer to the end of the year. Friday, Jan. 3rd will be the first day of practice

There are additional costs in the amount of $176 for season games and tournament with additional optional tournament costs. More information on Archery will be given during the Parent/Archer meeting. Frozen Open Tournament will be Friday & Saturday February 7-8, with set up happening Friday, February 7. MN State Tournament will take place March 28-29. These are the dates for regular season tournaments: Jan 24-26, Foley Feb 7-8, Princeton Frozen Open Feb 14-15, Milaca Mar 14-15, Zimmerman Mar 21-22, MN Region 3 Mar 28-29, MN State Tournament

These optional tournaments are not required, but a great way to build your archers confidence and skills. Sign up for as few or as many as you like with the option of choosing all tournaments. Looking for something to do on non-school days? Come join us for open gym at the middle school! Community Ed staff will supervise each session. Children 9 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Some school equipment will be available for use, but we encourage you to bring your own. Note: You must register online to agree to the waiver form. We encourage online enrollments; if there are no enrollments online for any given open gym day, we may automatically cancel that session. Community Education does not offer refunds on open gym.
