  • Princeton Tigers Youth Football (Tackle League): Gr. 2-6

    Teams are divided by grade and determined by coaches and league directors. There is absolutely no requesting of teams. Home games will be played on Saturdays at the Middle School football field. Away games will take place at nearby communities and could take place on weekday nights or weekends. Practices will take place at the High School football practice fields. Practice dates and times will be determined by the coach/director, with 2-3 practices per week. There can be no more than four contact days in a week, including games. Jerseys are included in the cost of the registration. All other equipment and football gear are the responsibility of the participants' family. Mandatory Player/Parent meeting: Monday, August 12th at 6pm at the High School, first practice will follow from 6:30-8:00pm. Players and parents will meet their coach and get more information about future practices and games this evening. Mandatory Volunteer Coaches meeting: Coaches meeting will be July 24th @ 6pm at the Primary School. Each grade’s coaches will meet for information. If you are interested in coaching, please contact Brian Julson at brian.julson@isd477.org by July 1st. Coaches will be selected by July 15th. Volunteer coaches require a background check. A coaching shirt will be provided for coaches, up to three per team. Community Ed will NOT be providing equipment, only game jerseys will be provided. Game jerseys are property of Community Education and will require a $60 deposit. Those wanting to keep their jersey after the season will be allowed, minus the $60 deposit. Deposits can be made online, or a check can be brought the first week of practice or the day of pictures for the cost of the jersey. We will hold on to checks and only deposit those that do not return their jerseys. Participants are responsible for supplying the following: white or black helmet mouth guard shoulder pads practice jersey black football pants with pads cleats (rubber only) personal protective gear We suggest purchasing equipment earlier rather than later as football equipment is hard to find come August. Football equipment hand-out days: July 10th and 24th from 4-6pm at Princeton Primary School. (We will not be doing exchanges, only new purchases.) Teams do have numbers limited, so to ensure a spot on a team, please register as soon as possible! A late fee of $30 will be added to anyone that registers after August 12th and no players will be enrolled after August 26th. Days, Dates, and Times TBD and vary by grade. Schedules will be released the week of August 12th. Picture Day is scheduled for TBD.
  • Private Tennis Lessons: All Ages

    Private lessons are for beginner and intermediate players. The focus will be on establishing basic stroke fundamentals in a fun and innovative way. The player will learn proper grips, footwork, and stroke mechanics. These fundamentals are all part of what will become a solid foundation that will help the player obtain success on the court. Register with Community Education. Then the instructor will contact you to set up lesson dates/times. Lessons will be held at the High School Tennis Courts. Multiple sessions may be available based on scheduling availability.

    Quarterback Development Program: Gr. 7-12

    Quarterbacks will learn how to sharpen their footwork, throwing mechanics, and overall knowledge of football through this four-day camp. Camp will include on-the-field application and classroom instruction. This program is led by former PHS Quarterback, Cooper Drews, who currently plays for St. John's University.
  • Rum River Festival Sand Volleyball Night: Ages 14-20

    Join us for a fun night of sand volleyball at the Finish Line Restaurant volleyball courts to kick off summer! Players need to register online through Princeton Community Ed due to limited spots, but no need to worry about bringing a team! Players will be placed on different teams throughout the evening. All participants will be entered to win various gift cards for local businesses! The gift card drawings will take place at the end of the night at 7pm. 5-7pm volleyball is for ages 14-20. For those ages 21+, check out our 7-9pm volleyball option on the same night!
  • Sandlot Baseball: Gr. K-6

    Sandlot Baseball is a daytime, recreational, in-house baseball program. The emphasis of this program is to get kids out on the field having fun and playing America's game! Each day there will be a warm up, followed by learning the fundamentals of the game which include throwing, hitting, and base running. Players will be split into teams and will also scrimmage each other when enough players allow. This is a great way for kids to get out and play this summer! *Players will receive a team t-shirt as part of the registration.

  • Tiger Football Speed & Strength: Gr. 9-12

    This program is designed for football players entering grades 9-12 and is led by the Varsity Football staff. Strength and speed training will be directed towards the development of football knowledge and abilities. *MEET ON THE FOOTBALL PRACTICE FIELD - BRING YOUR CLEATS EACH DAY* Groups will be split by position- register accordingly! This is a "Learn to Play" tennis program designed by the United States Tennis Association to engage more players in the game of tennis. Grips, court rules, serves, basic strokes, and lead-up games will be taught to participants with little to no experience. Please bring your own tennis racquet. If you do not have one, we will have one for you to borrow during the week.

  • Tiny Tiger Cheer Clinic: Ages 2-4

    Does your toddler or preschooler have some energy to spare? Come learn and play games that will build skills for future cheerleaders! The Tiny Tiger Cheer Clinic will allow your child to learn new skills in tumbling and even some fun cheers! Guaranteed to tire them out! The clinic will be led by the high school cheer coaches along with some of Princeton's skilled and talented cheerleaders. The clinic includes a set of pom poms for each participant. Parents are required to stay on-site during the Tiny Tiger Cheer Clinic. Each participant should wear comfortable clothes to be able to move in (i.e. t-shirt and shorts), along with tennis shoes. Also, a labeled water bottle should be brought to every session.

    The Tigers Volleyball Camp is a three-day fundamental skills training camp aimed to introduce and improve your overall skills. Be ready to work hard and challenge yourself both mentally and physically. The sessions are led by the High School Volleyball coaching staff and athletes.

    In this four-day camp, youth will enjoy playing with others while learning the basics of football. Campers will do some stretching and warm-up exercises, work on basic motor skills, and play basic tag and flag games that correlate to football.
