Youth Enrichment
This addictive strength and conditioning program contains elements of weightlifting, body weight movements, and cardio movements (running, rowing, cycling). It's designed to improve all aspects of fitness through constantly varied workouts. CrossFit creates a community willing to encourage and push each other while improving through focused coaching. This course is good for 2 classes of your choosing per week. Our schedule is below:
All classes are at Beyond Sport Fitness located at 607 S 2nd St. Princeton and do not require a membership to Beyond Sport Fitness to participate.
