A one-hour recovery session, consisting of restorative flow yoga, partner stretching, and light conditioning to reduce the risk of injury, improve athletic performance, and reduce soreness from sport participation. 

EXCLUSION: This service is not for athletes in rehabilitation for a current injury such as post-surgical recovery, concussion, ankle sprain, etc. This service is not physical therapy, nor does it replace rehabilitation currently being performed with athletic training staff or a rehab professional.
