Build a Better Bowl with Kirsten live online using seasonal vegetables, savory proteins, and delectable drizzles. Kirsten will also demonstrate how to prep ahead different grains, sauces, and garnishes making healthy meals faster and more convenient. A champion of cookware who enjoys teaching Instant Pot/air fryer classes from her kitchen with 3 dogs underfoot, Kirsten spends her time creating beautiful food and helping fight food insecurity at Chowgirls Catering. She has been eating with local intention and sharing how to make the most of the farm share via her website Farm Fresh Feasts for more than 10 years.
