Levels 5 & 6 - Swim Lessons: Ages 5+

Aquatics -
Fall 2025

In Level 5, you will continue to build swimming endurance and refine stroke coordination. New skills will include sidestroke, butterfly, and front and back flip turns.  

In Level 6, the focus continues on increasing the distances and endurance of the learned strokes: front crawl, elementary backstroke, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and sidestroke.  

Students must pass the previous levels before advancing.
