Older Beginner Gymnastics: Ages 8+

Youth Recreation -
Summer 2025

This class is for gymnasts who are 3rd grade or up and have little to no gymnastics experience. The focus of this class is: FLOOR - Cartwheels, Back Extensions; BARS - Spotted Pullovers, Casting, Pike Swings; Progressions on Beam and Vault.

Gymnasts should bring a water bottle to all practices. Long hair should be secured out of the face. All hair accessories should be soft. Female gymnasts should wear a gymnastics leotard, and spandex shorts or leggings. Male gymnasts should wear tight fitting shirts/shorts. Please no dance leotards that have zippers, bows, tutus, etc.
