Princeton Community Education

The goal of the North Metro Track & Field League is to provide an opportunity to exposes students entering 4th-7th grade to some track and field events along with giving them the opportunity to compete against athletes other than those at their own school/community. Athletes will enjoy the experience of learning new skills and events such as high jump, long jump, shot put and discus, as well as hurdles and other running events. This is a great opportunity to be with your friends and learn skills and develop habits that will remain with your for the rest of your life. Each athlete will receive a t-shirt.

Week #1

• Practice on Mon. 6/16 at the Princeton High School track from 9:30-11:30am (little longer practice due to checking athletes in)
• Home meet on Wed. 6/18 at Princeton High School track starting at 6:30pm

Week #2

• Practice on Mon. 6/23 at the Princeton High School track from 9:30-11:00am.
• Away Championship meet on Wed 6/25 at the Elk River High School track starting at 6:30pm.
