Advanced Gymnastics: Ages 8+

Focus: FLOOR - Front Walkovers, Back Handspring; BARS - Kips, Clear Hip Circles, Baby Giants; BEAMS - Back Walkovers on Low Beam, Dismounts, Jump Mounts; VAULT - Spotted Handsprings

Gymnasts should bring a water bottle to all practices. Long hair should be secured out of the face. All hair accessories should be soft. Female gymnasts should wear a gymnastics leotard, and spandex shorts or leggings. Male gymnasts should wear tight fitting shirts/shorts. Please no dance leotards that have zippers, bows, tutus, etc.
