This workshop offers a mini-retreat from the everyday routine - a place to stretch, journal, move and reconnect with the things that make you feel alive. Each session invites participants to explore guided writing prompts, share in uplifting discussion, and enjoy simple movements set to music (no experience required). Together, we'll discover how small tools - like reflection, creativity, and community - can spark resilience and hope. We'll root ourselves in resilience, bloom a little hope and laugh in between.

    Beginners Organic Sourdough Class: Ages 16-Adult

    Have you ever wanted to try your hand at making homemade sourdough but been too afraid? Fear no more! In this class, Sara will show you how to: score and bake a fresh loaf, how to measure and mix your own loaf, and how to care for a sourdough starter. You will take home a loaf of fresh baked organic sourdough, a loaf for you to finish fermenting and then bake at home, and your very own organic sourdough starter.   • Self Defense for Women: Ages 14-Adult

    In this introductory course you will gain a basic understanding of the psychology behind attacks and learn how to avoid oncoming aggressive actions by being aware of your surroundings and who is in your immediate location. Become better balanced and centered as you get out of chokes (front and rear), be able to release your arm, wrists, shoulders from grabs and learn how to apply simple counteractions to an opponent. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat footwear, or wear nonslip socks/go barefoot. Students ages 14-17 are welcome if accompanied by parent or guardian.
